5 Months & a pioneer celebration

Cache shared his 5 month mark with the pioneers. So we did like the pioneers and went hiking ;)

Cache LOVED the water. We couldn't get him to look at the Camera because he was staring at the water.

Cache has such a little rascal look!
For Cache: The Water

We stopped at Sundance along the way.

Cache once again intrigued by the water
They are sooo cute!!

Now for the Stats of the 5 month mark:
  • We had to take Cache to the doctor because he had some stuff going on and while we were waiting for the doctor we measured him.
  • 27" long
  • 16.7 lbs.

Fun Stuff:

  • Poses for the camera! Stick a camera (that looks like mine) in his face and he will stop crying to look up at you and give you a huge smile.
  • Gets into EVERYTHING!! On Monday I was making Steve lunch and Cache was in his Bumbo on the counter. I strategically moved everything out of his reach...so I thought. He had his eye on the bottle drying rack. I'm making lunch as fast as I can because I was already late to meet my friends, I look up and Cache is scooting himself and the bumbo to the rack. He little feet were pushing so hard. I couldn't help but stare, he made it to the drying rack, picked it up, broke off one of the drying stands. I tell you what I need to super glue that kid down!
  • Right now as we speak he has pushed and grabbed everything on my desk within his reach. Now he is eying the keyboard
  • He loves to crinkle paper
  • Plays peek a boo
  • HAS to be right by me to fall asleep. If Steve takes him to cuddle so I can stretch, he will cry and roll until he gets right next to me.
  • At night and sometimes during the day he is an Opihi (Sticks right to me, doesn't want anyone else)
  • Loves to watch his dad play basketball
  • Loves outside
  • Loves walks
  • Doesn't like it when people scream, yell or suddenly make loud noises
  • No teeth yet...and I hope they stay at bay
  • ACTIVE little boy who is still afraid of the dark.

This kiddo keeps us on our toes but we LOVE it!!
