Future member of Nitro Circus.

=(.

Cache is a daredevil.

He right now, is jumping off of the couch. He thinks he can jump off of anything.

At the pool he thinks he can jump right in without me. He tries to push me out of the way so he can swim in the deep end with the big kids. I think it hurts his pride a little when I plop him in his floatie.

Back to the couch launching.
We have put many pillows to try and help the landing.
I do not know how this game came to be.
Now, he isn't jumping. He is diving. If you count falling face forward diving.

I shall send all of you then video if you'd like.

oh my goodness...

Last night, 10:30 p.m, Cache is still awake. The play hard, laughing, no time to rest, type of awake.

I come out of the bathroom with one of those Biore' nose strippy things, and Cache is playing with that "wonderful" toy that makes all that noise.

You know the one, long blue handle that attaches to the ball that has balls inside and it goes,

"pop, pop, pop, pop, pop" when it is wheeled around.

Anyways, Cache looks up at me and looks so concerned. He points at my nose and, since he doesn't have the words for it, starts grunting at my nose.

I sit on the floor to be at his level, and he really doesn't want to come by me, but out of love he does. He takes both of my hands in his and tries to throw them up to my nose.

Steve and I were laughing so hard.

11:30 p.m, Steve is tired, I'm tired, Cache won't go to bed. So what do we do? Turn off all the lights. Sure enough we hear a

....pop......pop...pop. Cache slowly enters our room climbs up on the bed. He cuddles up right in between us and five minutes later I hear a

...pop.....................pop.

Lucky us. Cache decided to bring his toy to bed.

5 minutes later I think he is asleep, I attempt to get that toy out of our bed. Nope. Cache had a tight grip.

He was right next to me, half asleep still popping his toy.

Silence................silence.............silence.........pop, pop,pop.

I don't know what time it was that I was able to pry that toy out of Cache's hands.

Then,
Today I find out that Cache is lonely.

I was sitting on the balcony, feeding Cache some yogurt, when he gets up and leaves. I hear his footsteps quickly returning and he has....a baby doll. He places the baby doll on my left knee and then places himself on my right. He was talking to the baby, he made sure the baby had some yogurt and then he tried to play catch with the baby.

So I took him out.

We went to the library (SCARY), do not go there alone with baby.
After that enlightening experience we went to feed the ducks.

Not so easy. I took my camera but only took one picture of Cache running away.

He tried to swim with the ducks.
He chased the duck that was biting the other ducks... seriously this duck was on a duck choking it. I thought it was going to attack Cache next.

Then,
He got the hang of feeding the ducks and he loved it.
The ducks would come out of the water and he would get SO excited.

One duck ran into a big bush, so what does Cache do? Yeah, I had to climb into a bush in a dress to get him out.

Then we ended the day with a nice run.

Run meaning I was chasing my son in my wedges while he chased some guys dogs. All while saying, "Doggie, doggie!!"

Then we went to Auntie Terri's house and guess what!
Gwenie was there oh man Cache was thrilled!

 This just cracks me up!!
Thanks Gwenie for still being Cache's BFF

After our adventurous day, Cache was beat.

This was taken at the Center Street on ramp going south...

I say that because my short arms are not long enough to reach back there and fix his poor little head.
I wanted to reach back there and fix it so bad, but that might have resulted in a crash.
That always drives me crazy!!

Cute Cousins

Cache's Cousins

Our family from Idaho came down for a visit and to meet lil' Cache.
Cache just loves them

Charles

This is Charles.
Cache's first ever pet, and boy, did he love the little bug.

Charles came to us via toilet seat. That is right. I lifted up the toilet cover and there he was. I didn't realize it was a lady bug, I just saw a thing crawling on the toilet...so of course I had to scream.

Steve caught Charles from the toilet paper roll and I found him a home.

Cache LOVED watching Charles crawl around. Cache would trace the little bugs steps with his fingers.

Well...we had to let Charles go (hence the last picture)
Cache was pretty distraught. But I felt bad for the little bug when Cache got bored of just watching and decided to start shaking.

Thanks Charles for being our first family pet. We had a great 40 minutes together. This post is dedicated to Charles.

Wherever he may be.
