Potty training has been a little stressful on all of us. I think Cache has been really frustrated because he is a people pleaser and he gets very sad when he has an accident. Last night Steve and Cache had a little conversation...
"Cache, big boys wear undies, babies wear diapers."
Immediately Cache replied, " That's me! I'm a baby!"
I must also add that this week Cache has thrown in some Stevens and Kristas into the mix. For example, he was chasing me around the house saying, "I'm gonna getcha Krista!" I stopped in my tracks and turned around to look at him and he busted out laughing.
Then we were swimming and he said, "Where's Steven?" Steve came out of the water and Cache again started laughing. Cache is quite the comedian, yes?
Sidenote: Where the heck did he get Steven from? No one ever really calls Steve, Steven.

This morning Cache decided his baby was thirsty. So he filled up his cup and took some water to the baby, I thought it was so cute. Cache was even tipping the cup up for his little buddy and then, naturally, the water spilled. Cache came over to me and said...
" He spilled mom. He did it."
"Go get a towel and clean it up because he is a baby."
"Mom, he is not baby. He is a big boy. "
Lately....
You know when you are playing with kids and you say, "I'm gonna get ya..." and your voice fluctuates? By the time you get to the "ya" part your voice is higher than normal. Cache does that and I think it is adorable.
He also does the, "Don't get me!" that grown ups do but they really want you to because you're playing a game.
For Awhile Now....
Cache has been teasing people! One day I was changing his diaper and this rascal smile came across his face. He pointed at me and said, "You Oso!!" Then I called him Donald Duck and he thought that was hilarious.
The next day he ran to me and said,
"You're Mickey Mouse!"
"No I'm not!"
"You're Minnie Mouse then!"

Cache was walking around the house getting ready to go and he ran over to me and said, "Mom, can you get my Didas? My Nigh-ks (Nikes) are in the car."
Later when I was doing Cache's hair he said, "I don't wan anyting new mom, I just want the hawk."

Cache is walking around the house saying, "I gotta get outta here." And right now he is packing his "pack-pack"

Today when we got home from church I heard a door shut, I looked across the hall and Cache's bedroom door was closed. He isn't usually in there by himself with the door shut, but he was no where else to be see. So, I yelled, "Where's my Cacherz?" and I hear from the other side of his door, "I'm changin' mom!" It was pretty cute!
Today during sacrament meeting after we sang the rest hymn Cache yelled, "AMEN!"
***Just a side note today was one of the best church days ever! :)

Man, the more my kiddo speaks, the harder it is to keep up with this! I think because I find him so utterly adorable I think EVERYTHING he says is adorable and funny.
Today I got out of the shower and Cache looked at me funny and said, "Umm, mom, where's your pe-pee? You broke it? Daddy has one. You broke yours?"
Today at the store he REALLY wanted this shirt, it was a Nike one and he was just over the top excited about this shirt. I will write about this one on the main page, cuz man was it funny!

I just got done showering when Cache comes walking and looks at me funny and says,
"Mom, where your pee-pee?"
"Uh, I don't have a 'pee-pee' "
"Mom, you broke your pee-pee?!"
Yup, I'm locking the doors now.
